Senior Home Inspector: Omar Fernandez

FLA State License HI 9451

Omar is a veteran of over 36 years in the local fire service. Extensive experience and knowledge of the building trades acquired over his career made for his transition to Home Inspector a perfect fit. With over 1300 inspections under his belt, both residential and commercial, he has created a loyal clientele due to his thoroughness and attention to detail which translate directly to the quality of his reports.

As important to him as producing high quality inspections is his ability to gain the trust of the client with honesty and professionalism. This ensures the buyer knows they are the most important part of our company.

Chris also has construction experience and was personally and extensively trained by Omar Fernandez in the art of home inspection. He joined Latitude 24 in June 2021 and a has performed over 300 home inspections and 150 insurance inspections. Chris has endless patience working with buyers and always goes out of his way to explain issues and suggest solutions.

Scheduling & Admin: Carolyn Walker

Carolyn worked for the City of Key West Building Department for over 30 years and has been working with the administrative side of home inspections for over 10 years. She will be your first contact in scheduling and is always willing to assist with any questions you may have.
