Meet Your Home Inspector

Chris has construction experience and has been conducting home inspections since 2021; completing over 400 each year.  Chris has endless patience working with buyers and always goes out of his way to explain issues and suggest solutions. 

Carolyn worked for the City of Key West Building Department for more than 30 years and has been working with the administrative side of home inspections for 14 years.  She will be your first contact in scheduling and is always willing to assist with any questions you may have.
